Our Story

We're a Family Business

The Rice Bowl Restaurant has been around since 1959. It was once located in the Great Southern Shopping Center in Columbus, OH. We took over the business in 1980 and it has relocated to 2300 South High Street in 1991. 

We're a family-run Chinese restaurant and have been serving the tastiest food in town for over 35 years. Generations of families have grown up on our freshly prepared meals, served hot and cooked to order. We use traditional spices and flavors and make each dish an opportunity to experience classics and delicacies in new and exciting ways. Every plate becomes a culinary journey.

Customers especially lover our tasty, crispy, spicy chicken wings, egg rolls which are freshly hand rolled weekly and the mouth-water wor sue gai with delicious gravy on top of it.
